I?m an Innovation enthusiast, who believes the future is digital. Even though I?m not quite an IT person, I?ve occupied different roles in IT/technology teams for several years before joining the digital transformationn world. Currently I am the chief digital officer at YDUQS, on of the biggest education groups in Brazil. Former digital innovation manager at Braskem. One of the key learnings from that journey so far is that Digital Transformation is more about people and process, than technology ? the transformation piece is for sure the most important and challenging one.
